Can I book at short notice?

Yes! We can confirm your booking immediately by e-mail which you can print and hand in on arrival. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your booking reference number and quote it on your arrival at any UK airport.

Where can I find directions on the web site?

Full directions are given on the booking confirmation, we will e-mail or post to you following your booking, with directions to the chosen airport.

Arrival Procedure:

On arrival report to the Reception and present your confirmation slip or quote your Airport Parking Booking Reference Number.

Departure Procedure:

Full instructions for returns procedure will be issued on arrival at the Designated Airport car park.

I haven't received a confirmation of my booking by e-mail. What should I do?

Whenever a booking is successful, booking confirmation is sent to you by e-mail almost immediately. You have to print this e-mail and use it as your parking voucher. If you haven't received a confirmation, then something went wrong during your booking. Typing in an incorrect e-mail address during your booking might cause this.

How do I obtain a VAT or credit/debit card receipt?

Call who ever you booked your airport parking with stating your booking reference and we will send you a receipt. Phone Number 0870 844 4060 or e-mail bookings@abcmail.co.uk.

Can you confirm my booking by post?

This is done by first class post, just in case you don't have a printer.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. Send in a letter with your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Dates and details of chosen airport parking required. ( We cannot guarantee availability of your chosen airport parking by the time your cheque arrives)

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?

One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Saturday to Saturday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive. No. Our prices are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate

What does Gate price mean?

Usually 10% higher than the pre-booked price and can be as much as 50% higher.

What is on-airport car parking?

Within the airport perimeter complex and run by the airport . Usually a bus ride away from the terminals either long or short term.

What is an off-airport car park?

Usually outside the airport perimeter and normally privately run. The benefits are affordable rates, service and security. Your car will be moved by a qualified and insured chauffeur to a secure airport car park compound, then your luggage is loaded onto the free shuttle bus. The transfer time is usually between 10-15 minutes with the shuttle buses departing every 10 minutes or so.

What is Meet & Greet Parking?

A supplement is paid to be greeted outside the airport terminal by a qualified and insured chauffeur who takes your car to a secure off-airport car park. On your return a chauffeur will have your car waiting for you outside the airport terminal.

How Secure are the Car Parks?

Security is taken very seriously by our airport parking partners. Off-airport car parks are normally accredited with The Police Gold Award For Airport Parking Security, issued by the Police. Most car parks have a combination of security patrols, high level fencing, barriers and CCTV.
